Prabowo Tells the Story of His Combat with Bibit Waluyo

Prabowo Subianto. Presidential Candidate number 02, Prabowo Subianto paid a visit to meet religious leaders and religious scholars at several points in Central Java, accompanied by former Central Java Governor Bibit Waluyo.

Prabowo claimed he was very suitable and a thinking understanding with Bibit Waluyo in building the nation and state. Because, he both had fought to maintain the integrity of the NKRI in the military world.

"My visit in Central Java was accompanied by TNI Lieutenant General (Ret.) Bibit Waluyo, he was a former Governor of Central Java, a former Pangkostrad, a former Regional Military Commander of the Diponogoro. It suited him because we were soldiers and soldiers," Prabowo said when giving a speech at Prabowo's ceremony greeting the residents of Central Java, at The Wujil Resort and Conventions, Semarang, Monday (10/29/2018)

Prabowo explained that Bibit Waluyo was a senior in the TNI. Although senior, but he considered that Bibit Waluyo was his comrade. Because, they once fought together to defend the sovereignty of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia in East Timor.

"He is my senior but I consider him as my colleague because we have fought in East Timor, he brought troops from Diponogoro, I brought troops from Kostrad. And his life is always in combat forces, Diponogoro Regional Military Commander, Jaya Military Commander, Military Command Commander and finally Governor, "said Prabowo.

Therefore, he invited all the people of Central Java and all the people of Indonesia to jointly protect the sovereignty of the country and the integrity of the NKRI for the common good for the sake of nation and state.

"We must cultivate the spirit of our nationalism, we must maintain the sovereignty of our country, we must fight together to create social justice and the welfare of the Indonesian people," he said
